1. Scope

This document supplements the licensing rights and specifically regulates the use of images, photos and graphic representations of the AlertLatch product.

2. Copyright

All images are subject to German and international copyright law. Use is only permitted within the scope of the granted rights.

3. Permitted Use

The customer may use the images for:

• Product marketing and communication
• Press and public relations for AlertLatch
• Sales and training materials
  

4. Image editing

• Trimming and resizing are permitted.
• Color changes, retouching, or content alterations are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing.

5. Labeling

If necessary, image credits should be given as follows:

6. Revocation

The licensor reserves the right to revoke the use of individual images at any time, particularly in the event of product changes or brand adjustments.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted, is the registered office of FiSCHER Akkumulatorentechnik GmbH.

1. Subject of the contract

This document governs the usage rights to images, graphics, logos, renderings and other marketing materials provided by FiSCHER Akkumulatorentechnik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") in connection with the AlertLatch product.

2. Rights holder

All copyright, trademark and related rights to the provided materials remain with the licensor or the appropriately named rights holders.

3. Granting of rights of use

The licensor grants the customer a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right of use.

Use is permitted exclusively for:

• Marketing and sales purposes
• Product presentations of the AlertLatch
• Online and offline media (e.g. website, social media, presentations, brochures, trade fairs)

4. Spatial and temporal scope

The usage rights apply worldwide and for the duration of the existing business relationship, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Restrictions

The following are specifically prohibited:

• Alterations, distortions or modifications of the materials without prior written consent
• Use in misleading, unlawful or defamatory contexts
• Disclosure to third parties or use for third-party products

6. Termination of use

Upon termination of the business relationship or at the request of the licensor, use must cease immediately and the materials must be removed from all media.

7. Liability

The customer is liable for any use of the materials that violates the contract or is unlawful. The licensor's liability for damages arising from such use is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
